Using Notes & Reminders to Help Email Sales

Using Notes and Reminders in eMail Manager is a great way to mark leads for follow-up. Just click on Add Note at the top of the email while you are viewing it. Enter some text (e.g. Remember to call John.). Enter the date (mm/dd/yyyy) or click on the Calendar Icon to select a date. Click on Add to save. Once the date is reached, the email status will change to Unread to serve as a reminder to take action.

Other ways to help follow-up on sales leads include: assigning categories, statuses and references so you can see, At-A-Glance, what is happening with the list of emails.
