eMail Manager can very easily capture a form and its content from your website. Web forms, surveys, contact forms, and lead generation forms, simplify the process of capturing visitor or user information from the website and sending it to your email program. Just plug the mail account information into your email management program, and the information will be received as an email.
- Use a form builder type of software program to create the form on your website and collect the data
- Create an email address for the form to be sent
- Plug in the mail account information to eMail Manager
- Create a confirmation/thank you page on your website to be shown to the visitor that the email has been submitted
- Create a Folder and a Rule in eMail Manager to route the email into a specific folder
If you already have a web form generating emails, be sure eMail Manager is reading that email account and then create the Rule to put it into the right folder.
