Are you getting your email?

How long does it take you to discover that your email program hasn’t read new email for a few hours? or maybe days? If your Users are responding to a hundred or more emails a day, and are behind, they may not realize that the email account is not reading new email for one reason or another. In eMail Manager, there is a feature to alert you to that fact.

Administrators should review all mail accounts daily to confirm they are properly reading. A check in the Maintenance area and review of all mail accounts, will show if the “last read time” is current. An account that has not read for more than an hour will display the “last read time” in bold RED.
