Getting the potential customer to submit an email to you is only the beginning of the process – don’t drop the ball! Part II of converting leads to sales – Responding!

eMail Manager, by way of Rules setup, will route emails to the proper folders for the Sales team to send the first follow up. An auto responder can be configured to immediately send an email, notifying the sales lead that the email is important, was received and will be given top priority. eMail Manager and Amazon Web Services Outage Report

On Thursday morning, April 21, IFModules eMail Manager experienced an unprecedented outage of our infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). This outage affected us as well as companies such as Hootsuite, Wildfire, Reddit and Heroku. In short, AWS experienced problems with the network that caused some servers to freeze up, making them inaccessible to eMail Manager customers. On Friday morning, Amazon began to restore service and little by little, customers came back online. By Friday evening, all affected eMail Manager customers were functioning normally again. The good news in all of this was that there was absolutely no loss of data.
