IFModules: What made you select eMail Manager to manage your emails?
Life's Abundance: Our company was rapidly growing and our support email was getting so large that there was no way more than one customer service representative could continue responding to email from one support mail account. We were looking for a web based program and a company that we could trust and depend on to guide us through setup with continued support. When we compared in house programs to a hosted service, we found the in house to be over priced and not as efficient.

Life's Abundance: eMail Manager receives all email from customer support, which can relate to anything from general support, ordering and sales questions, as well as all correspondence from our distributors. The program has done wonders for our support Users and has allowed them to handle service requests in a far more organized way.
IFModules: What eMail Manager features make it stand out from other applications?
Life's Abundance: The Rules routing and separation of emails into folders works in a very sophisticated way. We also have, built into the program, over 150 standard replies, which makes replying to our customers and distributors much easier.

Life's Abundance: We find the company to be technically excellent and the staff great to work with.
