Do you really provide 24/7 support?
Yes. You'll always get a live person answering the phone during normal business hours and we provide an emergency number for after hours support too. How do you bill and receive payment?
We bill on a quarterly basis to keep things simple. If you are starting in the middle of a quarter, your account will be prorated. We accept most major credit cards and payment through PayPal.
Does eMail Manager work well with ecommerce systems?
